Information processed may include contact details, identification details provided by a customer, service addresses, business information, enquiry details, device information, quotations, invoices, technical support records and communications.

A person may contact NovaIT to request information regarding personal data held about them, request correction where appropriate, or raise an objection or complaint concerning processing.

NovaIT will endeavour to respect applicable requirements relating to direct marketing and requests to opt out of further promotional communications.
